RobotCom Co., Ltd ("we," "us," or "our") builds D voice, a service that records phone calls, consultations, and clinical visits, turns them into text (speech-to-text), and layers on AI features like summaries, speaker labeling, translation, quality analysis, and AI voice agents that answer calls. This policy explains, in plain terms, what information moves through D voice and our websites (dvoice.ai and robotcom.ai), what we do with it, and the choices you have. We are a company based in the Republic of Korea, and this policy is written to meet the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea (PIPA). It also explains how we approach U.S. privacy laws, including HIPAA (the federal health-privacy law), the CCPA/CPRA (California's consumer-privacy law), and COPPA (the children's online privacy law).

Who's responsible for what D voice is a business tool. Our customers (hospitals, clinics, and other companies) use it to record and manage their own calls and conversations. For the people on the other end of those conversations (patients, callers, and so on), it's our customer, not us, that decides why and how their information is used. In legal terms, the customer is the "controller" (or "covered entity" in U.S. healthcare) and we're the "processor" or "service provider," acting only on the customer's instructions. We are directly responsible for two things: the account details of the customer staff who log in and use D voice, and the information people send us through the inquiry forms on our websites. This policy covers all of these.
